Responsibilities
Lead and support recruitment and selection processes for teaching positions, including professors, preceptors and course coordinators.
Align candidate profiles with academic coordinators and requesting departments.
Advertise vacancies on institutional recruitment platforms and channels.
Screen CVs considering academic criteria, professional experience and fit with the teaching profile.
Verify candidates' academic qualifications and required credentials.
Ensure ongoing candidate follow-up and communication throughout the stages of the selection process.
Conduct competency-based interviews for candidates applying for course coordinator positions, supporting academic areas in behavioral assessment and fit for academic leadership roles.
Maintain relationships with academic departments to monitor teaching hiring needs.
Run periodic checkpoints with hiring areas to update vacancy status.
Keep updated records and controls of selection processes.
Support the development and maintenance of a teaching talent pool.
Monitor recruitment metrics and related reports.
Contribute to continuous improvement of teaching attraction and selection processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
Experience in recruitment and selection.
Experience managing a high volume of vacancies.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Experience with competency-based interviews.
Familiarity with an academic or educational environment is a plus.
