Responsibilities

Requirements
B.S./B.A. degree with 10+ years of field sales/product engineering/strategy/customer applications experience in the required market.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
A minimum of 10 years previous experience in product management/strategy in an industrial equipment environment (specific pump or datacenter industry experience is preferred)
Demonstrated experience working in an international environment and in a matrix organization
Strong project management skills with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
