About the role

  • IBP Analyst optimizing end-to-end supply chain planning workflows. Focusing on data integrity and driving system enhancements within SAP IBP while collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Supports end-to-end supply chain planning processes.
  • Focus on optimizing planning workflows, ensuring data integrity, and driving system enhancements within SAP IBP.
  • Independently elicit, analyze, and document business requirements;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope.
  • Own documentation for assigned projects;
  • Coordinate and execute system testing, integration testing, and UAT.
  • Facilitate cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions;
  • Configure platform modules to meet business requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between business and IT;
  • Lead training sessions and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Identify and resolve complex platform-related issues; providing timely support to users.
  • Manage enhancements and bug fixes;
  • Mentor other team members as needed.
