About the role
- SAP SuccessFactors Consultant providing functional support and enhancements for various modules in a flexible, supportive environment. Collaborating with technical teams and ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and IT standards.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing functional support, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of SuccessFactors modules.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve functional incidents within SuccessFactors modules.
- Adjust configurations within SuccessFactors modules in alignment with HR processes.
- Review integrations with SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, or external systems.
- Participate in SIT and UAT functional testing to validate configurations and integrations.
- Maintain up-to-date functional documentation and ensure compliance with governance processes.
Requirements
- +5 years of experience with SuccessFactors within an AMS or functional support model.
- SuccessFactors (one or more modules) expertise: Employee Central (EC), Recruiting Management, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning Management System (LMS).
- Configuration and management of roles, permissions, and Business Rules.
- Experience with SAP CPI, Integration Center, and OData/APIs (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Administration, or related field.
- SuccessFactors module certifications (preferred).
- ITIL certification (preferred).
