Responsibilities

Requirements
2-3 years’ experience in CRM or campaign production (email/SMS/WhatsApp)
Hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/SQL
Comfortable managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools
Experience with project management software (Airtable, Asana, Monday.com, Trello)
Detail-oriented, commitment to accuracy and quality control
