Responsibilities
Oversee all aircraft cabin cleaning operations during assigned shifts
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and airline specific regulations while maintaining operational efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction
Direct and coordinate cabin cleaning activities for all scheduled flights during the shift
Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality standards for cabin interiors, including international requirements
Supervise and support cleaning crews, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
Ensure adequate staffing levels and manage shift scheduled to meet operational demand
Maintain integrity of cleaning supply inventory and equipment
Oversee staging and distribution of materials to ensure timely service delivery
Conduct regular inspections of aircraft cabins to verify cleaning standards
Act as the primary point of contact for airline representatives during the shift
Address service issues promptly and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent ; college degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in aviation services or related field
Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to fluently read, write, and speak the English language.
