Responsibilities
- Act as a single point contact for designated/assigned Creative Services Projects
- Provide creative leadership to the design teams to deliver a range of collaterals
- Produce strategically sound conceptual work and bring it to life through rapid prototyping and storyboard creation
- Adhere to EY brand guidelines and exceed defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, budget and efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with current and future designs, web standards, concepts and industry trends
- Mentor junior team members on best design practices
- Prioritize deadlines and effectively manage multiple creative projects parallelly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma (preferably in Graphic Design or related discipline)
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign
- Experience across a range of digital, social, and integrated media
- Knowledge of social platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest etc.)
- At least 10 years of overall experience in a fast-paced global environment (team management experience mandatory)
