About the role

  • Key Account Area Manager responsible for achieving budget targets and managing Fleet Business for Volkswagen. Collaborating with marketing and customer experience departments for effective service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures and guarantees the achievement of budget targets in terms of volume and profitability for the Fleet Business within the assigned area
  • Steering market-level Fleet business to accomplish market-specific Fleet sales and profit targets, in coordination with Head of Fleet and Fleet Business Manager
  • Being responsible for results within Fleet Channel within respective and delimited Area
  • In collaboration with Marketing dept steers and executes new customers implementations e.g. Master Agreements, IMA content and Service Manual
  • Together with Customer Experience main point of contact for Customer's Fleet Manager conducting customer requests during contract lifetime
  • Management of Public Tenders
  • Development of relationships with the Dealer Network, the Agents’ Dealer Network, and VGI Brands
