Responsibilities

  • Support the Bank Manager in leading the branch with energy and care
  • Improve branch efficiencies and support compliance
  • Ensure team understands and applies banking policies and processes
  • Coach, develop, and motivate team to deliver memorable customer experiences

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity
  • Previous experience in a banking environment
  • The ability to drive a high-performing culture focused on great customer and business outcomes
  • Experience coaching, training, and motivating others to deliver exceptional service
  • Knowledge of day-to-day branch operations
  • A strong understanding of consumer credit and lending principles
  • The ability to build trust, rapport, and long-lasting relationships
  • A genuine desire to help individuals achieve their goals
