Comfort Manager managing all comfort aspects of the continental fleet. Ensuring customer and team satisfaction within the Rolling Stock department.
Responsibilities
Be the point of contact for operational teams (MiTMs, Train Managers, OBS) on issues related to the comfort of the continental fleet. Implement a communication plan to strengthen cross-functional collaboration, prepare webcasts and participate in daily follow-up meetings with operational teams.
Monitor customer satisfaction results related to comfort irritants in order to address them with all stakeholders (internal and external) and improve customer satisfaction.
Track the PBA and PBKA fleets on comfort-related topics to define action plans with Fleet Management, Production, Engineering and Supply Chain teams to improve overall satisfaction.
Lead and support commercial and engineering projects related to interior fit-out to improve safety, reliability and the customer experience.
Act as the single point of contact for Rolling Stock, Commercial, OnBoard Services and Operations teams, providing support and taking the lead in relevant meetings.
Represent a cross-functional and inter-departmental view of train interior equipment; act as an independent and impartial member capable of representing the needs of different stakeholders as well as those of engineering.
Based on customer surveys and internal feedback, develop business cases and recommendations aimed at improving on-board comfort.
Verify the quality of comfort-related repairs and the operating procedures during night interventions in depots. This role requires occasional night presence (on average once per month).
Be the point of contact for setting up an incident reporting process to improve collaboration with depots.

Master's degree (or equivalent)
Methodical and rigorous profile, with good priority management
