Responsibilities
During your mandatory internship at WEROCK, you will work on exciting B2B acquisition projects, develop targeted email campaigns, and learn how modern sales works.
You will identify potential new customers and determine who is the right fit for us.
You will craft concise email copy that hits the mark — tailored to the customer's industry and needs.
You will plan smart follow-up strategies so promising contacts are not lost.
You will create and send email campaigns and automations.
You will segment target audiences to ensure each message reaches the right recipients.
You will track the performance of your activities and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
Requirements
You are studying Business, Marketing, Sales, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable degree — or completing a commercial vocational training with a focus on Sales/Business Development.
Sustainability is more than a buzzword to you; it is a real concern.
Language is your tool — you know how to craft messages that land and stick in people’s minds.
You work in a structured way, keep an overview, and approach tasks proactively.
You are tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools and platforms.
Two languages, one style — you are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; you will regularly use both in our international environment.
