Responsibilities
Own the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse range of critical roles, balancing technical requirements (Engineering, IT, Product) with niche business functions (Credit Risk, Underwriting, Finance).
Partner closely with Technical and Functional leaders to deeply understand complex hiring needs.
Manage end-to-end hiring across varied verticals.
Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage hard-to-find talent.
Leverage data and market intelligence to provide stakeholders with realistic insights.
Champion a best-in-class candidate experience.
Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers.
Requirements
2-4 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally with exposure to both Technical (Engineering, Data, IT) and General & Administrative (Finance, Risk, Legal) functions.
