Responsibilities
Gestionar de forma autónoma el ciclo completo de selección para posiciones de negocio, asegurando una ejecución impecable desde el primer contacto hasta la contratación.
Actuar como consultor para los Hiring Managers, asesorándolos sobre la realidad del mercado y ayudándolos a estructurar sus equipos de manera eficiente.
Liderar proyectos estratégicos que eleven la función de reclutamiento (ej. Employer Branding, optimización de herramientas de selección, definición de métricas y niveles de servicio).
Construir redes de talento sólidas utilizando LinkedIn Recruiter y otras herramientas, garantizando un flujo constante de candidatos de calidad.
Impulsar decisiones basadas en datos, analizando y reportando los resultados del área para identificar oportunidades de mejora operativa.
Requirements
Más de 4 años de experiencia en reclutamiento de perfiles de negocio (Operaciones, Ventas, Marketing, Finanzas, Legal)
Experiencia solida en el uso de LinkedIn Recruiter y herramientas de gestión de candidatos.
Experiencia practica utilizando sistemas de seguimiento de candidatos (ATS) y optimización de flujos de trabajo.
Nivel de inglés conversacional para gestionar entrevistas y procesos fluidos con stakeholders internacionales.
Capacidad para monitorear indicadores clave como tiempo de cobertura y calidad de contratación.
Conocimiento de bandas salariales y tendencias de contratación en la región.
