Responsibilities
Data & Analytics Support: Assist in compiling weekly and monthly marketing reports. You will pull data from multiple sources (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Ad Platforms), clean the data in Excel/Sheets, and update performance dashboards for the leadership team.
Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and research new market trends to support strategy for regional expansion.
Social Media & Community: Schedule daily posts across our social media platforms. Monitor brand mentions and engage with our community to ensure responsiveness.
Lifecycle & CRM: Support email marketing campaigns by helping with list management, setting up test sends in HubSpot, and monitoring email deliverability.
General Operations: Assist the Marketing Lead with administrative tasks, deck preparation, and coordination between internal stakeholders to keep projects on track.
Requirements
Data Literacy: You are comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets. You know your way around Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs are a plus) and enjoy finding patterns in data.
Operational Versatility: You are a fast learner who can switch context quickly, moving from an SEO spreadsheet to a creative design task without losing focus.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning new software quickly. Experience with tools like Canva, Excel/Google Sheets, or AI tools (ChatGPT) is expected. Familiarity with HubSpot or Google Analytics is a plus.
High Agency: You are self-motivated and solution-oriented. You can take a broad instruction and figure out the execution details independently.
