About the role

  • Marketing Manager focusing on Passenger Car Motor Oils in India at Shell. Responsible for strategy design, market share increase, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • responsible for designing the category strategy for Passenger Car Motor Oils in the indirect channel
  • executing marketing & business objectives aligned with Global Category Priorities
  • developing and implementing category marketing action plans
  • creating compelling consumer/customer value propositions
  • leading Passenger Car sector strategy and P&L planning process
  • creating and owning the sector marketing activity calendar
  • maximizing value creation through pricing strategies
  • generating high impact, effective marketing campaigns

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • experience in category management in a highly competitive environment
  • mandatory experience in brand & communications including media planning, digital marketing
  • experience in trade & category marketing is an added advantage
  • strategic thinker with ability to define and implement an E2E offer
  • strong stakeholder management skills
  • sound and proven commercial acumen & P&L delivery
  • detailed knowledge of transport, industry or consumer lubricants markets is desired but not essential
