Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the strategy for products manufactured in the region that are intended for export markets.
You will coordinate and provide strategic direction for product information and requirements, ensuring proper prioritization and advocating these points with other departments, including in official Product forums.
Responsible for the implementation of new products, facelifts and for managing the product lifecycle, with a focus on maximizing the portfolio's attractiveness to customers and strengthening the brand image in the markets served.
You will also lead multidisciplinary work meetings, ensuring alignment among the areas involved, execution of operational activities, correct implementation of strategic definitions and achievement of established KPIs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, Economics or Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Automotive)
Advanced/Fluent English required; Intermediate Spanish is desirable
Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
Postgraduate specialization in Project Management is desirable
Prior experience in Product Planning or Strategy, Sales & Marketing or related areas is desirable, with experience in adapting and positioning products for export markets
Ability to transform data and information into structured analyses and logical arguments, building strategic storytelling for presentations to the Board and official forums
Proactive, results-oriented profile with strong communication and influencing skills. Must be able to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary environments, establishing consistent and productive interpersonal relationships. Expected to demonstrate organization, planning ability and strategic vision, combined with analytical thinking and an innovative mindset. Flexibility, resilience, emotional intelligence, integrity and commitment in carrying out activities are also valued.
