Requirements
Erfahrung in der Sozialwirtschaft, sei es durch eine entsprechende Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung
nachweisbare Erfolge im Bestandskundenvertrieb, idealerweise im Bereich von Softwarelösungen
Souveränität und Selbstsicherheit in Verhandlungen und Kundenbeziehungen
gute Kommunikationskompetenz und rhetorische Gewandtheit
hohe IT-Affinität und dienstleistungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln
