Responsibilities
Participate in a structured rotational program across Retail Analytics, After Sales KPI Benchmarking, and Franchise & Facility Activities.
Support the Region with sales, inventory, and wholesale analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
Develop and automate reports for field and dealer network that track KPIs.
Assist regional managers with after-sales operations metrics, and communications.
Engage in dealer network development and facility compliance tasks.
Requirements
Preferred Degree: Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Business Intelligence, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and auditing tasks.
