- Shape how micromobility is deployed, scaled, and made profitable in close partnership with city leaders

- Work cross-functionally to improve rider experience, unit economics, and compliance
- Collaborate closely with Policy, Operations, Growth, and Product teams to strengthen Voi’s footprint in existing and new markets
Requirements
- A B.Sc in business, engineering, or a similar field
- Professional fluency in German and English
- 3–7+ years of experience in roles such as market development, strategy, operations, public-sector consulting, government relations, or positions involving complex external or public-sector stakeholders, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience managing and negotiating with external stakeholders, for example within regulated or public-sector-heavy industries
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder needs
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences
- Experience working with business performance metrics, business cases, or budgets, and a curiosity to go deep into data and analytics (Excel proficiency expected)
