Responsibilities
Maintain HR databases, employee records, training data, eLearning materials, reward and recognition data, and HR reports.
Prepare and process transactional HR activities to support daily HR operations.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of both system‑based and manual tasks, meeting integrity and audit requirements.
Manage purchase orders and support effective service delivery within agreed SLAs.
Resolve queries in line with SLAs and escalate complex cases to the Team Leader when required.
Provide inputs for the preparation of HR reports.
Requirements
Fluent in English and German, with excellent communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Customer-focused with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Confident using MS Office and comfortable with digital HR systems.
Able to work with consistency, meet deadlines, and manage routine processes reliably.
