Responsibilities
You will be in direct contact with our customers and resolve potential issues either independently or in collaboration with our development team
You will establish yourself as a trusted advisor and support customers in rolling out additional vision checkouts
You will propose concrete measures for the successful deployment of the vision checkout and respond to various situations using our software
You will prepare system performance reports and communicate them to the team
You will identify root causes of problems and submit feature requests to our development team
You will prepare and conduct workshops to improve our internal processes and increase customer satisfaction
Requirements
You are a enrolled student and speak fluent German
You are willing to occasionally travel within Europe to visit our customers
You are outgoing and have strong communication skills
You have a structured and independent working style that helps you handle daily new challenges
You remain composed and motivated even in stressful situations
You have a basic interest in learning more about image recognition and machine learning
