About the role
- Director of Learning & Development responsible for designing global learning programs at Virtuos. Collaborating with leadership to enhance skills and embed growth mindset across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and future skill needs
- Propose and champion a global learning strategy aligned with Virtuos’ business goals and cultural values
- Lead high-impact learning programs in leadership, people management, and values-based behaviors
- Curate blended learning experiences using digital platforms, peer learning, training and experiential formats
- Ensure learning initiatives are scalable, measurable, and tailored to diverse geographies
- Elevate cross-studio and cross-functional knowledge exchange through communities of practice and collaborative learning formats
- Improve systems, standards, and tools that embed learning into daily workflows
- Define success metrics and learning analytics to assess program effectiveness and business impact. Use data to iterate, improve, and communicate the value of learning across the organization
Requirements
- 10+ years in Learning & Development, including 5+ years in a leadership role
- Proven success in designing and scaling global learning programs, preferably in tech or creative industries.
- Experience working in a multicultural, matrixed organization.
- Strong skills in Program Management and Change Management
- Expertise in learning design, digital learning platforms, and learning analytics.
