Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the company’s human resources compensation and non-compensation budgets, conducting short- and long-term planning, forecasting, and financial reporting of actuals.
Design, develop, and implement Human Resources processes, policies, and procedures, ensuring full compliance with labor laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
Align the organizational structure with the company’s strategy.
Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, including orientation and integration into the company.
Handle all aspects of employee offboarding for departing team members.
Analyze reports and HR outcomes to assess progress toward company goals.
Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace well-being.
Assess training needs and develop robust programs to enhance employee skills and competencies according to Group Upskilling Strategy. Oversee the design and delivery of both internal and external training initiatives to maximize organizational development.
Spearhead the performance management system, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Design variable compensation models tailored to various employee categories, aimed at enhancing performance. Support managers in setting performance goals and conducting meaningful performance reviews.
Oversee internal communications, collaborating closely with the Communications team to ensure effective and transparent communication across the organization.
Manage and optimize compensation and benefits programs through rigorous market analysis, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation practices. Oversee employee benefits, including health and personal accident insurance procurement.
Administer payroll and social security processes, both in-house and outsourced, ensuring strict compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Perform other HR-related duties as needed or assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum of 15 years of experience in human resources, with at least 8 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Knowledge of performance evaluation programs and employee performance management systems.
Hands-on experience with benefits administration and payroll coordination.
Experience in implementing initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and workplace well-being.
Strong organizational skills to maintain employee records, company organizational charts, and HR documentation.
Budgeting experience for HR-related expenditures, including salaries and benefits.
Ability to collaborate with different departments and external partners.
