Responsibilities
You strategically manage our existing customers and further develop relationships at both technical and commercial levels
You position SAP cloud and transformation topics such as S/4HANA Cloud, CX, BTP, Analytics and AI with a process- and value-oriented approach at our customers
You identify cross- and upselling opportunities with existing customers and introduce additional infrastructure services and business applications
You conduct customer discussions in complex requirement situations and act as a sparring partner on equal terms
You develop account, opportunity and roadmap plans together with our customers and take responsibility for revenue, pipeline and deal closures
You work closely with Consulting, Presales and Management to create sustainable solutions and real added value
Requirements
You have experience in software/IT sales or in an SAP consulting role with intensive customer contact
You have successfully built and maintained customer relationships in your career—whether in account management or in consulting/project leadership roles
You understand business applications and end-to-end processes such as Finance & Controlling, Order-to-Cash or Procure-to-Pay
You act confidently in complex requirement situations involving multiple stakeholders and strategic dimensions
You communicate verbally and in writing with colleagues and customers in German and English
You trust your own expertise, have drive, grit and resilience, and want to shape things rather than administer them.
