Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
Process employee hires and terminations as well as monthly payroll change records
Manage processes with social insurance authorities (AHV, UTG, KTG, PK, etc.)
Maintain and verify accident and sickness absences in insurance tools
Process and verify family allowances
Prepare withholding tax statements and reconcile related invoices
Perform account reconciliations and year-end processing
Prepare reports and statistics
Provide support for issues with automated time-tracking systems
Offer personal consultation to HR contacts and advise on salary and social insurance matters
Requirements
Commercial apprenticeship (business administration) or equivalent qualification with further training in payroll/social insurance
Several years of professional experience in a similar role
Solid knowledge of Swiss social security and labor law
Proficient knowledge of SAP HCM
Experience with time-tracking/time and attendance systems
Very good German language skills; English and/or French skills are an advantage
