Responsibilities
Design and further develop the marketing and communications mix for Axians Infoma Switzerland
Increase visibility in online and print media
Responsible for the marketing concept and marketing plan in collaboration with the Marketing & Sales Manager
Conceive and implement advertising campaigns and other communication activities
Design customer surveys and analyze market and competitor activities
Plan, organize and actively support customer events and internal events
Support the preparation and execution of marketing activities and campaigns
Provide administrative and general support to the sales team
Maintain and manage the CRM system and assist with customer data maintenance
Process orders in the ERP system
Support product management, particularly with pricing and costing tools
Requirements
Commercial vocational training with further education in Marketing/PR (Swiss Federal Certificate or equivalent qualification)
Understanding of modern multi-channel marketing approaches in a B2B environment
Good knowledge of simple and complex ICT environments
Very good user skills in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP and CRM systems
Product knowledge in ICT managed services
Good understanding of contract law (Swiss Code of Obligations - OR)
Professional demeanor and clear, audience-appropriate communication

Very good spoken and written German; English and French are an advantage
