Responsibilities
Independently manage and dynamically develop the assigned sales territory with direct impact on business success
Actively maintain existing customer relationships and strategically pursue potential new clients
Advise on and sell tailored IT, software, and digitalization projects
Play a central role in professionally handling public tenders: analyze requirements, coordinate internally, prepare compelling proposals, and present tailored solutions to decision-makers
Prepare accurate quotes and contracts, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals
Organize and participate in targeted events with prospects, customers, and partners to strengthen market presence and foster relationships
Requirements
Solid, several years of sales experience in consulting and successfully selling ICT, ERP, or DMS solutions
Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent education with relevant practical experience
Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style with a strong results focus
Strong communicator with empathy, high initiative, and enjoyment of customer interaction
Hands-on mentality: flexible, resilient, motivated, and consistently solution-oriented
Professional demeanor combined with a persuasive presence and strong impact in customer settings
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong digital affinity
Business-fluent German (spoken and written) and good English; French and/or Italian are a plus
Strong entrepreneurial thinking and ability to act independently
Solid understanding of contract law under the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and confident handling of legal frameworks
Driver's license (Category B) required
Experience working with public administrations, especially with procurement/tender processes, is a clear advantage
