About the role

  • Regional Account Manager driving sales growth and client relationships for Ironwear in PPE sector. Focus on strategic planning and market insight to achieve sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients in your region.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for new business development.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform sales tactics and product offerings.
  • Regularly meet with clients to assess their needs and ensure the effective delivery of solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional efforts with sales objectives.
  • Track sales performance and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
  • Represent Ironwear at trade shows and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally in the PPE or safety equipment field
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales data analysis
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
