About the role
- Digitalization of accounting processes for municipalities and churches, offering consultancy in finance and training for users. Collaborate closely with clients to optimize financial software operations.
Responsibilities
- Digitalization of accounting for district, city and municipal administrations as well as churches
- Advising and supporting our clients in financial accounting, asset accounting and budget planning
- Training and onboarding users in new projects and for existing clients
- Analyzing and optimizing processes related to our financial software and the adjacent business departments
- Process and organizational consulting in close cooperation with our clients and partners
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Public Administration, Economics, or completed vocational training as an administrative specialist (m/f/d)
- Desirable: knowledge of financial accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable), asset accounting, and budget planning
- Initial experience in the municipal/public sector is an advantage
- Passion for IT and enthusiasm for consulting
- Flexibility and willingness to travel regionally (Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland, North Rhine-Westphalia)
