Responsibilities
You will be part of our Business Development team.
Your core responsibility is to scale our pool of outstanding Vicos to match demand.
You will actively source and manage candidates: find, qualify, and onboard them so they can build a profitable Vico.
This is a people business — you will interact and communicate with a wide range of people every day.
You will support end-to-end in defining and implementing strategies to build and scale Vicos.
You will be able to develop and execute new ideas — from marketing campaigns to relationship management.
You will build the Vico community.
You will engage and motivate our Vicos to be active members and to proactively grow independently.
Requirements

Excellent German and English skills (DACH is still our home market while we expand internationally).
