Responsibilities
Provide top level executive support to the Founder/CEO
Heavy calendar management: set appointments, prioritize & juggle appointments in the moment
Must be able to independently identify and resolve issues with calendar and schedule. Able to proactively anticipate sequencing of meetings.
Drive administrative tasks including correspondence, drafting emails/documents, spreadsheet work and document management/file organization
Use problem solving techniques, tact and discretion when handling telephone calls, making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and managing other requests for information
Strategic time management for Founder/CEO calendar
Handle complex domestic and international travel coordination
Coordination of special events (Board meetings, Leadership Offsite, QBRs, etc.)

Handle confidential and non-routine information with utmost discretion
Develops, implements, and executes projects related to Founder/CEO focus areas
Consistently works on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues
Act as a liaison between the executive and key business partners to facilitate calendar invites, communications, and information sharing
Coordinate aspects of onsite and offsite meetings and events
Must be able to work flexible hours on occasion
Requirements
BA/BS required or equivalent experience
10+ years of CEO/Executive Administrative support in both an early stage startup and fast growth is required
Must have hands-on 4+ years experience supporting Founder / CEO
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Collaborative with other executive assistants
Demonstrate high integrity and confidentiality
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated dependability, team player, positive attitude and good attendance.
