Responsibilities
Assists healthcare professionals with individual employee follow-ups
Acts as liaison between the medical team, member organizations, and employees
Manages healthcare professionals’ sessions: welcoming employees, preparing the computerized Occupational Health Medical Record (DMST), performing additional examinations delegated by the physician, sending visit reports, generating absences according to procedure, notifying the member organization of an employee’s absence during a session, and cleaning/disinfecting equipment
Administrative tasks: in-person and telephone reception of employees, managing the center’s email inbox, scheduling employees on healthcare professionals’ calendars, entering data for new memberships, and other related duties
Requirements
High school diploma in medical secretarial studies (Bac F8, SMS or ST2S) or equivalent experience
Office IT skills: word processing, spreadsheets, telephone and internet
Written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of labor legislation specific to occupational health and prevention services
Strong reception skills: professional appearance and interpersonal skills
