Partnerships Manager needed to build and scale Verto's partner program in hybrid setup. Role focuses on sourcing and managing referral partners for customer acquisition and revenue generation.
Responsibilities
Build and scale the partner program and ecosystem from the ground up.
Source, acquire and manage a pipeline of high-impact referral partners for customer acquisition and revenue generation.
Identify and sign high-value commercial referral partners such as FX brokers and VCs.
Turn signed agreements into active partners that generate regular referrals.
Scout and acquire third-party platforms that can refer customers to Verto.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to scope and launch key integrations.
Requirements
5+ years in partnerships, business development, or B2B sales within Fintech, SaaS, or Cross-border Payments & FX.
Comfortable negotiating and closing commercial agreements, with revenue share terms and custom pricing.
Ability to lead required integration work, partnering with Product and Engineering teams.
Hunter mentality in seeking out, managing and closing deals and new opportunities.
Ability to organize complexity across potential partners using CRM tools (i.e. HubSpot, Salesforce).
