About the role

  • Account Manager managing digital campaigns for client services at VerticalScope. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of advertising initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for assigned accounts, managing the full campaign lifecycle from launch to wrap
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Gather campaign assets, requirements, and approvals from clients
  • Partner with Ad Operations to ensure campaigns are implemented accurately and on schedule
  • QA live campaigns and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Monitor performance and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs and contractual commitments
  • Track performance in third-party ad servers and reporting platforms
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports and presentations
  • Provide regular internal status updates and forecasts
  • Track key account metrics and revenue delivery
  • Work closely with Sales to support renewals, upsells, and client retention
  • Liaise with Creative, Marketing, Content, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth execution
  • Support contract reviews, billing accuracy, and invoicing processes

Requirements

  • Experience managing digital advertising campaigns, preferably at a publisher or media agency
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
  • Adaptable and resourceful, able to apply critical thinking to troubleshoot issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions
  • Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and autonomously
  • Experience with Google Ad Manager, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Monday, CM360, DSPs/SSPs, or analytics tools
  • Advanced Excel or reporting skills
