About the role
- Analyst responsible for requirement analysis and documentation in Telecom projects, ensuring clear communication between business areas and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Elicit system and process requirements together with business areas - Marketing, Sales and Telecom B2B Operations.
- Prepare and review functional specifications and business rules.
- Support backlog definition in agile projects or schedules in traditional projects.
- Model process flows and identify operational improvements.
- Interact with analysts, developers and testers for technical alignment.
- Conduct user validations and support the UAT (user acceptance testing) phases.
- Document requirements and updates in collaborative tools.
- Contribute to the adoption of best practices in requirements analysis.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a requirements analyst, with a focus on Telecom Sales business areas.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Analysis or related field.
- Requirements elicitation and documentation.
- Process modeling (BPMN or equivalent).
- Communication and alignment with users/stakeholders.
- Organization and attention to detail.
- Collaboration in multidisciplinary environments.
- Familiarity with prototyping and documentation tools.
- Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Management tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar.
- Certifications such as CPRE (IREB), ECBA (IIBA) or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
