- Provides post-implementation support.
- Assists with user training and related artifacts.
- Monitors DevOps processes, captures metrics, and provides insight and ideas on improving efficiency.
- Ability to test software to verify requirements.
Requirements

- 3+ years of experience with NBS products or in a similar position with another company
- Experience in designing, developing, implementing, testing and managing technology solutions
- Experience with SQL
