Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end management of a portfolio of strategic, high-value suppliers supporting HR and Finance corporate teams
Shape and execute category strategies that enhance business performance
Identify cost optimization opportunities and mitigate risk
Influence senior stakeholders to align procurement initiatives with broader business objectives
Monitor and manage supplier performance, cost, and risk
Drive measurable cost savings and operational efficiencies through innovative procurement solutions
Provide expert guidance on procurement activities including leading RFx processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Significant experience in a similar role within HR & Finance procurement, ideally in a global or matrixed organization
Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build strong cross-functional relationships
Proven track record of leading end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives within the Software category
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
