- Lead month-end and year-end close activities across multiple client accounts
- Serve as the primary finance contact for assigned client account teams
- Manage annual budget and quarterly forecast processes

- Oversee compliance with Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
- Identify and implement process improvements and new planning tools

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 10-15 years of progressive, relevant finance and accounting experience in corporate or client services environments
- Proven supervisory or team management experience
- Strong leadership capabilities with high attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills including advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Deep understanding of and commitment to client service excellence
- Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP, financial controls, and audit standards
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
