- Support role at Sicredi facilitating exchange and foreign trade operations with cooperatives and members. Focus on problem resolution, multitasking, and strong communication.
Responsibilities
- Support cooperatives and members in products involving foreign exchange and international trade operations;
- Monitor members' journey with empathy and responsibility for completing processes, demonstrating proactivity and the ability to handle multiple tasks;
- Provide support for the Area’s activities related to Foreign Exchange Credit products (financing granted to exporters and importers, among others), including document analysis, recording, settlement and extension of transactions in the system.
Requirements
- Completed degree, preferably in International Trade, Business Administration, or Economics;
- Experience in the financial market is desirable;
- Advanced English is a plus;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Ability to interact with diverse audiences/stakeholders;
- Ability to remain calm and respond positively in a high-pressure environment;
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle concurrent tasks are essential;
- Knowledge of the Change (Exchange) system and SWIFT will be considered an advantage.
