Responsibilities
Within the Human Resources department, the Campus HR team operates in an international environment.
Our team manages the young talent population (interns, work-study students, recent graduates…)
Reporting to the School Relations Manager, your responsibilities will mainly focus on cross-functional projects and recruitment for the Campus unit.
Recruitment - HR - Participation in recruiting Veepee’s young talents (interns, work-study students)
Updating dashboards and reporting tools (hires, school activities, APT, budgets…)
Creating student files and handling administrative tasks (OPCO (training fund), schools) during recruitment campaigns
School activities:
Setting up school initiatives with all stakeholders (schools, internal experts, students, legal department…) and providing operational support for their organization
Creating presentation materials
Developing the alumni network
Projects and innovation:
Participating in the rollout of projects aimed at developing programs for Veepee’s young talents
Analyzing data related to young talent recruitment and developing solutions to attract and develop our talent
Defining and implementing projects following qualitative analyses
Monitoring best practices and benchmarking campus activities in a continuous improvement perspective
Requirements
You hold a Bac+4/Bac+5-level degree (equivalent to a Master’s) from a business school or university, ideally with a specialization in HR
You have at least 6 months of professional experience in recruitment and/or project management
You are proactive, solution-oriented, creative, a team player, rigorous, have good interpersonal skills and adapt easily to change
You speak English fluently
You have a basic level of Excel
You are proficient with Microsoft Office / G Suite and comfortable with general IT tools
