Key Account Manager in Veepee's Marketplace managing brand relationships and achieving sales targets. Driving strategic plans while collaborating with internal teams and ensuring quality service.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Business Manager, the KAM is responsible for managing and activating the brands in their portfolio on the Marketplace on a day-to-day basis, to meet the objectives for which they are accountable while ensuring the expected level of service.
Develop and implement a strategic plan for each brand in collaboration with the brand.
Analyze and share performance data and identify areas for improvement to implement.
Build trusted relationships with brands and handle day-to-day account management: phone follow-ups, meetings, newsletters, and setting up and presenting KPIs.
Coordinate with other Marketplace team members (Brand Support, Business Developers, E‑merchandiser, Sales Administration, Creative & Design) as well as with internal departments to ensure quality service to brands and an excellent member experience.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of your market (product trends, working practices, competitors).
Participate in trade shows and events within the assigned scope.
Conduct competitive monitoring to understand the partner’s digital strategy.
Requirements
Degree from a business school or in marketing, with 3 to 5 years’ professional experience in a similar role, ideally in a digital/e‑commerce environment and/or on a marketplace.
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities, enabling you to build and maintain solid professional relationships.
