Responsibilities
Responsible for the management of a specific group of Elavon’s base customers in Ireland
Deliver revenue growth through up selling and cross selling of existing products and services
Take responsibility for ensuring new customers are welcomed to Elavon appropriately
Ensure each customer has an account management plan focusing on product penetration and customer longevity
Achieve revenue targets and additional product penetration targets
Minimise customer attrition
Provide accurate reports on daily, weekly, monthly activity including calls
Update the CRM systems with outcomes and success of communications
Maintain awareness of the business market and competitors to identify opportunities
Requirements
At least 1 years’ experience in a customer account management role in a sales driven environment
Evidence of consistently hitting and overachieving revenue targets
Ability to prioritize and manage a large portfolio with a strong focus on retention and growing your book of business
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Leaving Certificate or equivalent as standard
Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels of a company
Broad commercial and financial acumen and awareness of issues involved in negotiating
An influential and highly effective communicator (verbal/non-verbal/written) with strong interpersonal skills
A team player able to work and support colleagues across a multinational organisation
A willingness to accept change and the ability to maintain effectiveness in a changing environment
