Responsibilities
Engages with team members to develop robust account strategies and ensure effective application of sales and negotiation skills.
Drives results in key areas of the business plan including profit, revenue growth, people development and reporting.
Trains Account Executives (AEs) to review customer information and understand customer account status using DRIVE and other applications.
Communicates market trends and competitor information to support the sales team in opportunity development.
Uncovers, qualifies and engages with prospects, makes the most of available opportunities, and drives growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or International equivalent - Required
Meets local age and operations requirements to operate a vehicle
Willing to travel
Microsoft Office skills
Availability to work flexible shift hours and provides own vehicle for business.
Demonstrates a familiarity with both UPS’s and competitors’ core service offerings
Demonstrates negotiation techniques
Demonstrates a detailed understanding of supply chain concepts and able to recommend solutions to issues
Previous supervisory experience – Preferred
