About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the execution of established strategies for the team through daily monitoring of results supported by intelligent dashboards and predictive analytics, providing solutions that involve sales techniques, the use of AI for insights and continuous improvement, with the goal of delivering and exceeding targets;
  • Lead teams with a focus on continuous development, offering hybrid training, performance tracking and personalized growth plans;
  • Monitor results and provide solutions to overcome challenges, using predictive models and customer behavior analysis to anticipate opportunities and risks;
  • Execute the Tactical Plan strategy of the area with excellence and discipline, ensuring integration between people, processes and technology, with a focus on operational efficiency and customer experience;
  • Engage the team to consistently exceed targets, using predictive analytics and AI to optimize sales and reduce performance dispersion;
  • Ensure excellence in customer service with a consultative approach and correct use of digital and commercial-specific tools;
  • Promote automation and process integration to increase efficiency, remaining continuously updated on sales techniques, digital trends and Votorantim Cimentos solutions;
  • Develop an independent, digitally mature team, preparing successors and ensuring adherence to new processes through change management. Focus on talent retention, reducing turnover and absenteeism, with actions based on climate analysis and AI-driven prediction;
  • Perform advanced analyses of the sales and distribution chain for the product mix, supported by predictive models and AI, and foster collaboration with related areas to propose agile, data-driven solutions;
  • Actively participate in recruitment processes, attracting talent aligned with the company’s strategy and culture, using competency-based selection methods and behavioral analysis supported by AI;
  • Ensure compliance in the team’s timekeeping management by using automated systems to prevent errors and improper deductions, ensuring a positive employee experience;
  • Present results monthly with a focus on critical indicators, using analytical dashboards and data storytelling, proposing assertive recovery plans and sharing insights with Coordination, Management and General Management;
  • Maintain equipment and the work environment, ensuring good sustainability practices and digital security;
  • Comply with corporate rules and procedures, with particular attention to information security policy and data protection, in accordance with LGPD and global standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Postgraduate degree in People Management, Commercial Management, Process Management or related fields preferred;
  • Experience managing commercial/sales teams;
  • Experience in similar operations (sales and prospecting);
  • Implementation of management systems;
  • Planning, execution and implementation of improvements;
  • Sales techniques;
  • Competency-based selection;
  • MS Office suite – Excel intermediate/advanced;
  • Agile methodology;
  • Negotiation and conflict management;
  • Nonviolent Communication (NVC);
  • Data analysis;
