Responsibilities
You will support the Backoffice product used by merchants and internal teams in daily operations
You will analyze and resolve product-related issues reported by internal teams or merchants using the backoffice tool
You will investigate data, system behavior, and end-to-end workflows to identify root causes and define product improvements
You will work closely with Engineering, Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize, escalate, and track issues through to resolution
You will contribute to process improvements, documentation, and knowledge sharing to improve product quality and operational efficiency
Requirements
Experience as a Product Manager, Product Operations Manager, or in a similar product-focused role within a SaaS, platform, or fintech environment
Good understanding of backoffice tools, merchant platforms, or internal operational systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data to identify patterns and root causes
Clear communication skills and confidence collaborating with cross-functional teams
