Responsibilities
You will contribute to strategic HR initiatives, take ownership of individual project packages, and bring structure to processes.
You will develop and implement tools, formats and concepts for leaders and employees.
You will support internal communication, trainings and workshops.
You will accompany projects, events and operational topics related to our junior talent programs.
You will optimize HR processes, coordinate appointments and ensure smooth team operations.
Requirements
You are a enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Organizational/Business Psychology or a comparable degree program.
You must be required to complete a practical semester as part of your studies and are highly motivated to support our team full-time for 5–6 months during the compulsory internship.
You have already gained initial practical experience in the HR field.
You have very good MS Office skills, in particular Outlook, MS Teams and Excel, and experience working with AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT.
You possess strong verbal and written communication skills (good command of German).
You maintain an independent, responsible and structured working style.
You have a quick grasp of new topics and analytical thinking.
You have an eye for detail, high reliability and act proactively.
