About the role
- Sales Instructional Designer developing engaging learning experiences to boost sales performance at FleetPartners. Collaborating with Sales Leaders and utilizing authoring tools for impactful training programs.
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing digital, blended, and in-person learning programs for sales audiences using industry-standard instructional design frameworks.
- Partnering closely with Sales Leaders, Product, Marketing, and CX teams to ensure learning outcomes align with organisational priorities.
- Bringing sales skills to life through hands-on training, workshops, simulations, and coaching—covering everything from product knowledge to advanced consultative selling.
- Using authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Rise/Storyline) or equivalent platforms to create engaging content.
- Analysing performance data and feedback to optimise programs and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales-focused instructional design with a deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and customer-centric consultative selling.
- Experience designing blended learning solutions (digital, virtual, classroom, on‑the‑job).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, work to deadlines, and produce high-quality deliverables.
- Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) or similar eLearning authoring tools.
