Responsibilities
Assist in developing digital and instructor-led training modules
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate technical knowledge into engaging learning experiences
Collaborate in producing courses weekly using SCORM authoring tools for external clients
Manage content uploads, updates, and organization in the LMS
Assist the L&D Specialist in the rollout of courses and in mapping onboarding journeys
Requirements
2-5 years of relevant work experience in training, education, HR, or related fields
Proficiency in using Articulate as a SCORM authoring tool (e.g., Storyline, Rise)
Strong understanding of learning principles, including instructional design best practices
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with e-learning tools is a plus
