Manage and monitor client fleet KPIs (fuel consumption, telematics, fines management, claims/incidents, maintenance);
Provide support to the client on all fleet-related matters;
Interface with internal departments and respond to client requests;
Contract management;
Prepare operational reports and KPIs;
Maintain client relationships;
Ensure availability of the leased fleet.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed).
Experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation.
Knowledge of heavy machinery ("linha amarela") and trucks.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
