Responsibilities
Ensure that clients' needs are met.
Manage the project process, including controlling schedules, budgets and deliveries.

Communicate with company partners on project teams to support daily delivery.
Requirements
Advanced/Fluent English (client and team are based in the USA).
Solid knowledge of project management fundamentals.
Experience using task, time and resource management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Wrike or similar).
Familiarity with both waterfall and agile methodologies.
Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in delivering digital projects within an advertising agency.
Ability to produce clear reports and presentations.
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in an advertising or marketing agency.
Experience creating scopes, schedules, budgets, managing deliverables and leading cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Flexibility to adapt to new processes or directions.
Knowledge of the broader marketing mix.
Understanding of the technologies and processes involved in managing digital project delivery within an agency environment.
